1. No Refund Policy

PK Learnings follows a strict no-refund policy for courses, digital products, study materials, mock tests, recorded classes, live classes, and other digital learning services purchased through our Website.

All payments are final and non-refundable once the purchase has been successfully completed.

2. Cancellation

Orders and course enrollments cannot normally be cancelled after payment has been successfully completed.

Customers are advised to review the course details, features, access period, and other information before making a purchase.

3. Course Access

Once payment is confirmed, access to the purchased course or digital content may be provided.

Because our services involve digital educational content, cancellation or refund requests after purchase will not normally be accepted.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course or product, please contact us with the transaction details.

The matter will be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved based on the payment records and applicable circumstances.

5. Failed Transactions

If money has been deducted from your account but the course access or payment has not been successfully completed, please contact us with your transaction details.

We may verify the transaction with the relevant payment gateway or financial institution.

Any reversal or refund in such circumstances may depend on the payment gateway or bank’s processing.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased course, please contact our support team.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine access or technical issues.

Technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Course Changes or Cancellation by PK Learnings

PK Learnings may change course schedules, class timings, instructors, content, or other course features when reasonably necessary.

If a course is cancelled by PK Learnings, an appropriate alternative or resolution may be offered depending on the circumstances.
